Jeff
Jeff is our Farm Production Manager. He oversees everything on the farm pre-harvest, from greenhouse, planting, cultivation, irrigation and tractor work. While working for other farms across the area, Jeff’s strong desire for direct contact and stewardship of the land blossomed, leading him right to Theodora Farms. He believes in the necessity of local, organic food production for the sake of our community’s strength and prosperity and is thrilled at the opportunity to build such a resource. Away from the farm, you can usually find him gearing up for a hike or casting downstream hoping to catch a monster trout!
His favorite crop is… CARROTS!
Megan
Megan is our Farm Operations Manager. She oversees everything on the farm related to harvest and post-harvest including running harvest crew, produce standards, rinse/pack, sales management, delivery and marketing. She holds a B.S. in Science and Agricultural Strategic Communications with a minor in Sustainable Agriculture and brings experience with her from several farms across the state of Missouri. She’s grateful for the opportunity to continue enhancing her skills and building the local foodshed! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, bird watching, and playing fetch with her dog.
Her favorite crop is… KALE!
Elisabeth
Elisabeth is our Retail Manager. She devotes her time to our FarmStore. She progressed into farming due to her passion for our planet’s wellbeing and is excited to be a part of the Farm’s ongoing growth, believing in its ability to help the community become it’s happiest and healthiest! She enjoys cooking (with Theodora Farms seasonal veggies, of course!), campfires, and hikes amongst the trees.
Her favorite vegetable is… SUMMER SQUASH!
Adelynn
Adelynn is our Field Preparation Coordinator. She came to us in 2020 with no prior farming experience, but had a dream to follow her grandpa’s footsteps into the amazing agriculture world. Since then, she has learned and experienced so much! Adelynn also developed a love for tractors, learning the operations and teaching herself maintenance of all the tractors here at Theodora Farms. When not at the farm Adelynn enjoys fishing, hunting, and collecting cool rocks she finds on creek walks. The outdoors is her happy place!
Her favorite crop is... HOT PEPPERS!
Claire
Claire is our Greenhouse Coordinator and brings a wealth of experience through several internship and volunteer opportunities, both domestic and international. She is spearheading our perennial and pollinator plant landscaping. She holds a BA in International Studies with a concentration in Sustainability and is eager to continue pursuing her interests in regenerative agriculture! Claire adores all creatures both big and small, numerous outdoor activities, laughing, and sweets!
Her favorite vegetable is….POTATOES!
